HOUSE FACTS & RULES
Thank you for considering staying with us! During your stay, you and all the other guests are
requested to adhere to all the house rules mentioned herein. This will allow us to serve you at our
best and ensure that you have a hassle-free and pleasant stay with us.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in time 2:00 PM. and Check-out time 11:00 AM. To ensure that our staff has enough time to
turn around the villa for the next guest, we request you to adhere strictly to the check-out time.
Please be aware that late check-out may result in additional fees.
DAMAGE / SECURITY DEPOSIT
We expect and earnestly request the guest to treat the home with utmost care & respect. Any
damage to the property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest.
To ensure the safety of the property, a refundable damage / security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- will
be collected at the time of check-in via bank transfer or UPI. Any costs associated with repairs or
replacement will be adjusted against this deposit. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours of
check-out.
FOOD
Food menu would be shared during the time of booking. The selection from the menu must be
provided to us at least 48 hours prior to Check-in. The menu has been curated based on what
ingredients are locally available and our cooks expertise in cooking those meals. Any changes to
dishes are subject to prior mutual agreement. Any additional dishes beyond what is included in the
package would be chargeable.
KITCHEN ACCESS
The kitchen is out of bounds for guests. In-case of any infant needs, inform the caretaker who will
be happy to help.
ELECTRICITY
Since we are located in a natural setting, away from the city, there could be intermittent power
cuts or load shedding in the area of the villa. In such cases, we request that guests cooperate with
us, as this is beyond our control. However, we do have minimum power backup for 2 to 3 hours
available through the inverter, and a generator will be provided for up to 8 hours during the night.
Please note that no refund will be provided in case of power cuts caused by the government or the
power supply company.
NETWORK & WIFI
All networks work reasonably well on the first floor, while the network on the ground floor may be
patchy. We do have a dedicated 30 Mbps Wifi connection in the villa. Uptime of Wifi is subject to
electricity at the villa & also in neighbouring villages as the signal gets routed through there.
PHOTO ID & ADDRESS PROOF
As required by law, every guest above the age of 18 years has to carry a valid government
approved photo ID & address proof (Passport, Driving licence or Aadhar card).
RESIDING GUESTS / VISITORS
The villa has a maximum capacity of 16 guests, and the number of guests staying at the villa should
not exceed the number agreed upon at the time of booking. Please note that visitors of guests are
not permitted to stay or utilise the villa's facilities.
DRIVER / HOUSE-HELP ACCOMMODATION & MEALS
There is no separate accommodation available for drivers or house-help. If you are bringing staff
with you, please note that meals for them will be charged separately. Kindly inform us about any
accompanying staff at the time of booking.
CARETAKER SERVICES
The villa staff will be available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. Please note that the housekeeping
staff will be available for basic cleaning only during the guest's stay.
MUSIC
Playing loud music or playing music in open areas is not permitted beyond 10:00 PM.
SWIMMING POOL
Kindly ensure that you carry appropriate swimwear for the pool. Drinks or food are not allowed in
the pool. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so children must be accompanied by adults
at all times while in the pool.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Illegal activities, including but not limited to the carrying or consumption of drugs or narcotics, as
well as the carrying of firearms or weapons, are strictly prohibited on the property. The
management reserves the right to report any such activities to the local authorities. However,
consumption of alcohol is permissible within reasonable limits.
SMOKING
Smoking indoors within the villa, including in rooms, living room, washrooms, dining room, and
other common areas, is strictly prohibited. However, guests may smoke in well-ventilated areas
such as balconies, terraces, deck area, and the lawn. Please note that if this rule is violated, a
sanitization fee of Rs. 2000 will be charged.
INSECTS & OTHER ANIMALS
Remember, we are amongst nature & the surrounding areas belong to its inhabitants, we are the
guests. You are advised to not venture out of the property after dark. Although pest control
services are conducted regularly, some insects or even other animals may find access to the house.
Guests are requested to keep doors & windows shut and take cautionary measures necessary for
their personal safety and protection.
PERSONAL VALUABLES
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for
loss, theft or damage to any items.
PET POLICY
As much as we love our furry friends, this property is not suited for pets. Please don’t bring your
dog or cat along.
GUESTS RESTRICTIONS
For the purpose of maintaining the villa in good condition, we carefully screen guests before
accepting bookings. No offence, but bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
